A Winter Afternoon at Trout Lake

This was such a magical winter afternoon with children’s book author Linnie VonSky and her family at Trout Lake in Vancouver, Canada. I usually don’t photograph children in the winter in Vancouver, but Linnie is a dear friend and was in town for only a short visit from her home in Berlin, so we kept it short and the children bundled up.
