This family is always such a joy to photograph– their girls are two cheeky little dreams. One of my all-time favourite captures is below– the two sisters are cuddled in the grass together, completely unposed. We were at the end of the session, but they weren’t quite ready to go home (we were having too much fun, even past bedtime!), and they were pretending to be two bunnies, sleeping in the grass.

These Vancouver family photographs were taken in early August, at Garry Point Park in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. I really love the mix of open wheat coloured grassy fields and beach vignettes at this location– it’s at its loveliest very close to sunset.
