This was such a delightfully windy day up on Hong Kong‘s Victoria Peak! It was a perfect time to shoot in Victoria Peak Garden– you can see the wind in a few of the portraits below, before we ventured further down to the wind coverage of the lower park. These sisters were so sweet, and such a delight to photograph. My very favourite frames from this session were when their dad took off his jacket to shield his eldest daughter from the wind, while we were up on the very windy summit.

Victoria Peak is a famous spot in Hong Kong, but many people don’t know about this lovely sprawling park right at the very top! It’s a Victorian style garden with a little of the original architecture remaining (restored) from when it used to be private; a home to the governor of HK. Dogs are actually allowed here too, so it’s also a great place to bring a pet along for portraits.
