This family of three have since welcomed a beautiful baby girl to their happy bunch! We met in the mountains at the beginning of last autumn, right at the end of my Vancouver shooting season: a beautiful day just before the weather started to turn.
This was a special session for them, to both document their last few months as a family of three, and also to celebrate the city they have loved calling home, before a big move across the country. This location in the mountains and by a lake was a perfect choice for this outdoor-loving trio. x

This Vancouver family photography session took place in early autumn, out in the mountains of Pitt Meadows, about an hours drive from the city of Vancouver. I always love photographing at this location, particularly with families visiting Vancouver (it’s so impressive!), or with families who love outdoor adventures.
